Stage 3 design report
BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, states in relation to a stage 3 design report: ‘The Stage 3 design report (also known as the developed design report) is an output of RIBA Stage 3 Spatial Coordination. By the end of Stage 3, the design team should have arrived at a design where each discipline has its allocated volumes within the building. From a building services perspective, there should be sufficient evidence to show that the services volume is sufficient to contain the proposed services. More information on building services reports can be found in BSRIA guide BG 71/2017.’
